Vinay Malhotra is set to join VFS Global as Head of Strategic Global Partnerships from 1 August 2026. In his new role, he will work with Zubin Karkaria, Founder and CEO, VFS Global, on strategic alliances and partnership initiatives.
Malhotra returns to VFS Global after previously serving as Regional Group Chief Operating Officer – South Asia, MENA & Americas, VFS Global Services. During his earlier stint with the organisation, he was responsible for operations across multiple international markets.
Most recently, he served as Head of Global Sales, IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd), where he spent more than four years leading the airline’s global sales function and supporting its international commercial operations. His last working day at IndiGo was 30 June 2026.
Scheduled to join VFS Global on 1 August 2026, Malhotra will be responsible for driving strategic alliances and partnership initiatives as part of the organisation’s global growth agenda.
VFS Global is yet to make an official announcement regarding the appointment.
