Speaking at the PATA webinar on ‘AI Reshaping Travel Businesses’, Anil Porter, Chief Technology Officer, ITQ, emphasised that businesses should focus on solving real problems rather than adopting artificial intelligence for the sake of it. “The next market leader is not determined by how fast they adopt AI, but by how effectively they identify the right use case or business problem they want technology to solve. Every technology must first fit the business. Ask whether it genuinely solves a problem and adds value to the organisation and its people. If it does, it is the right fit. If it doesn’t, it is not worth investing your time and money,” Porter said.
