D and D Enterprise today announced the signing of an agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to develop Ramada Encore by Wyndham Dwarka Varavala, a 69-room hotel scheduled to open in Q3 2027.
Located in Varavala, Dwarka, the hotel will cater to the growing number of religious pilgrims, leisure travellers and business visitors travelling to one of India’s most significant spiritual destinations. The development reflects D and D Enterprise’s commitment to investing in high-quality hospitality infrastructure that supports the continued growth of tourism in the region.
Upon opening, Ramada Encore by Wyndham Dwarka Varavala will feature 69 contemporary guestrooms, an all-day dining restaurant, banquet facilities, a swimming pool and a range of guest amenities designed to meet the needs of today’s traveller.
Driven by its importance as one of Hinduism’s Char Dham pilgrimage sites and growing investment in tourism infrastructure across Gujarat, The new hotel aims to meet increasing demand for internationally branded accommodation while supporting the destination’s long-term tourism development.
