VFS Global has released its seventh Sustainability Report, highlighting its 2025 performance across environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives, digital transformation and responsible business practices.
The company strengthened its Responsible AI framework during the year, deployed six AI-enabled solutions for more than 20 client governments and earned the Dubai AI Seal, recognising it as a Trusted AI Enterprise.
VFS Global reported a 97.6% customer satisfaction rate, a 13% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, a 41% increase in e-waste recycling and the use of green energy for 80% of its electricity consumption.
The report also highlighted workforce diversity, with women accounting for 65% of new hires, employees representing 165 nationalities and nearly 57,000 training person-days completed during the year.
Community initiatives expanded significantly, with CSR spending increasing by 94%, benefiting over 37,000 people across more than 30 countries through 151 social impact programmes.
The company also expanded its global footprint through the acquisition of a majority stake in Brazil-based CiX Citizen Experience, reinforcing its focus on sustainable growth, innovation and citizen-centric services.
