ELIVAAS has expanded its hospitality portfolio in Jim Corbett with the launch of five new properties, strengthening its presence in one of India’s leading wildlife and leisure destinations. ELIVAAS has launched five new hospitality experiences in Jim Corbett: Farm Naturelle, Sylvaara, Puvalgarh Farms, Aranya Library, and Dhela Jungle Retreat. The expansion enhances the company’s footprint in the destination while offering travellers a wider choice of farm stays, boutique retreats, private villas, and resort accommodation.
The new properties are designed to cater to different travel occasions, from family holidays and group getaways to intimate retreats, while maintaining ELIVAAS’ focus on curated hospitality and personalised service.
Diverse accommodation formats
Farm Naturelle is spread across eight acres of orchards, organic farmland, and open green spaces, offering a farm-based villa experience. Sylvaara has been positioned as a boutique retreat for couples, families, and small groups seeking contemporary accommodation in a natural setting.
Puvalgarh Farms combines an English countryside-inspired setting with Jim Corbett’s landscape and features a four-bedroom villa and a cottage-style suite. Aranya Library offers row villas with landscaped surroundings and dedicated reading spaces, designed for extended family holidays.
Dhela Jungle Retreat completes the collection with suites, duplex accommodation, dining venues, and recreational facilities integrated with the surrounding environment.
Across the five properties, guests can access experiences including wildlife safaris, bonfire evenings, outdoor dining, farm activities, private celebrations, and personalised concierge services.
