British Airways celebrates its first third daily service between Delhi and London Heathrow, marking a significant milestone in the airline’s long-standing commitment to India and further strengthening connectivity between the two regions.
The inaugural service arrived in Delhi on 20 September at 0600, increasing British Airways’ Delhi operation to three daily flights. This takes the airline’s schedule to up to 70 weekly flights between India and London Heathrow during the winter season, a 25% increase in flights compared with last year.
To celebrate this milestone, the airline is offering special fares from Delhi to London, from INR 230,000 in Club World (business class) offering savings of up to INR 30,000, with discounted fares from INR 67,000 in World Traveller (economy)*.
Earlier this month, London to Delhi was one of the most searched destinations on ba.com, reflecting strong and growing demand between the two countries**.

The new service has been timed to offer customers seamless onward connections via Heathrow to destinations across the US and beyond.
British Airways is also celebrating 20 years of CallBA, the airline’s’ wholly owned subsidiary contact centre in India. Established in 2006, CallBA has grown into one of British Airways’ most significant customer service operations globally, employing more than 2,000 colleagues across two sites in Delhi and supporting customers around the world, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

British Airways’ commitment to India extends beyond its flight network. The airline continues to invest in products and services tailored to Indian customers, including curated meal options, Indian cabin crew operating from all cities in India, and a complimentary Meet and Assist service designed to provide a smoother and more seamless airport experience. More than 17,000 customers have benefited from the service to date.
British Airways currently serves five destinations across India, connecting customers through London Heathrow to a global network spanning North America, Europe and beyond. The airline operates up to three daily flights to Delhi and Mumbai, up to two daily flights to Bengaluru, and daily services to Hyderabad and Chennai.
*The special fares are available on bookings made between 21 and 25 September 2026, for travel from 10 January to 31 March 2027, with the savings available on return fares from Delhi to London.
