Embraer records best-ever 3rd quarter aircraft deliveries

Embraer delivered 66 aircraft in the third quarter of 2026, marking its strongest third-quarter performance on record. Deliveries increased 2% quarter-on-quarter and 6% year-on-year, reflecting continued progress in the company’s production levelling initiatives. During the first nine months of 2026, the Brazilian aircraft manufacturer delivered 175 aircraft, up 14% from the 153 units delivered in the corresponding period of 2025.

The Commercial Aviation division delivered 22 aircraft during the quarter, comprising 11 E175 aircraft and 11 from the E2 family. The division recorded a 10% increase in deliveries compared with both the previous quarter and the same period last year, when 20 aircraft were delivered in each period.

Executive Aviation delivered 41 business jets during the third quarter, matching the year-earlier figure. Embraer attributed the consistent performance to progress in its production levelling programme, which has been implemented over the past two years to reduce the concentration of deliveries in the second half of the year.

The Defence & Security division delivered three aircraft during the quarter. These included one KC-390 Millennium multi-mission military transport aircraft and two A-29 Super Tucano aircraft. The division’s deliveries increased from one aircraft in the third quarter of 2025, reflecting higher output across its military aviation portfolio.

Embraer’s overall delivery performance during the first nine months of 2026 represents an improvement over the previous year, supported by ongoing efforts to streamline production and maintain a more consistent delivery schedule across business segments. The company continues to focus on balancing manufacturing output with customer demand across its commercial, executive and defence aviation operations.

For the full year 2026, Embraer maintains its delivery guidance of 80 to 85 aircraft in Commercial Aviation and 160 to 170 aircraft in Executive Aviation. The midpoint of both ranges represents a 6% year-on-year increase, reflecting the company’s expectations for continued growth in its commercial and business jet segments.
