Accor has signed a 200-key Pullman hotel in Udaipur with Kings Luxury Resorts, expanding its premium portfolio in Rajasthan. Planned for Airport Road near Maharana Pratap Airport, the greenfield property will cover five acres and include three F&B outlets, a pool, spa, fitness centre and about 1,000 sq m of meeting and event space, positioning it for leisure, corporate and wedding demand. Accor said the hotel is scheduled to open in 2030. The signing comes as Udaipur’s airport traffic rises: AAI data shows 18.19 lakh passengers in FY2025-26, up 10.2% year on year and 21% from FY2023-24. Accor already operates Raffles Udaipur and Fairmont Udaipur and currently has 75 hotels across India and South Asia, according to its regional update.
