Hussain Patel, Founder, TripJack, was felicitated as the DDP Face of the Future at the India Travel Awards 2026 for his work in technology-led travel distribution. Patel began his career in 2009 and went on to focus on addressing distribution challenges through technology. After studying finance at Northumbria University in the UK, he returned to India and continued building his career in travel. TripJack was founded on the idea of making travel more accessible, efficient and profitable for agents, irrespective of their size or location. Under Patel’s leadership, the platform has grown to connect more than 100,000 travel agents with flights, hotels and other travel content, while expanding beyond India.
With over 17 years of experience in the B2B travel and hospitality sector, she brings deep insight into travel trade dynamics, industry challenges and market developments. She holds an MA in English Literature and a Diploma in Journalism from the Xavier Institute of Communications, Mumbai, which underpin her strong editorial expertise. An avid nature enthusiast, she prefers outdoor and adventure-led travel, including hiking and trekking.
