The Delhi government will establish a dedicated Project Management Unit (PMU) to accelerate tourism development in the national capital. The unit will aid policy formulation, infrastructure development, investment promotion, branding, and inter-departmental coordination across tourism-related initiatives. DTTDC has floated a tender to appoint a consulting firm to set up and operate the unit, benchmarking best practices from India and abroad.
