HRAWI conducts FoSTaC training in Goa to strengthen food safety standards


Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western India) (HRAWI) organised FSSAI’s FoSTaC training in South Goa, training 31 hospitality professionals on food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices. The initiative aims to strengthen operational standards and reinforce compliance across the sector through structured certification programmes.

HRAWI has trained over 3,800 professionals under FoSTaC and FSSAI’s management training initiatives.
