Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has strengthened its Gujarat portfolio with the launch of Regenta Z Vadodara, marking its fourth property in the city and reinforcing Vadodara’s position as a key commercial and transit hub for western India.
Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. announced the opening from Bengaluru on 31 December 2025, expanding its presence in Vadodara after Royal Orchid Central, Regenta Inn and Regenta Fairlark.
“The launch of Regenta Z Vadodara is a significant step in our 2030 expansion roadmap as we introduce our first Gen Z-focused brand in Gujarat,” said Arjun Baljee, President, ROHL. “By adding a fourth property here, we are ensuring that we cater to every segment of traveller—from luxury seekers to the value-conscious modern explorer—while delivering the warmth and hospitality Royal Orchid is known for.”
Gen Z-led brand strategy
Regenta Z is ROHL’s newest brand, positioned for Gen Z and millennial travellers seeking youthful design, digital-first convenience and value-led hospitality. The Vadodara opening signals the group’s intent to deepen its urban-market play through specialised brand architecture.
Location and connectivity
Strategically located in Alkapuri, the hotel offers quick access to the railway station and bus stand (1 km), Vadodara International Airport (7 km) and serves as a convenient stopover en route to the Statue of Unity (86 km). City landmarks such as Laxmi Vilas Palace and Sayaji Baug Zoo are within a 3 km radius.
Inventory and facilities
The 36-key property includes two studio suites, Burgundy Café for all-day dining and a 900 sq. ft. Orchid Meeting Room suited for corporate meetings and social events.
Owner collaboration
Representing the ownership, the Suryavanshi family said the collaboration aims to deliver a modern, comfortable stay aligned with Alkapuri’s upscale character, welcoming leisure, family and business travellers while acting as a gateway to Vadodara’s attractions and the Statue of Unity.
With Regenta Z Vadodara, ROHL continues to scale in high-growth cities, broadening its appeal across traveller segments while consolidating its leadership in Vadodara.
