SAP Concur has announced a strategic alliance with American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) and the launch of Complete by SAP Concur and Amex GBT, a next-generation solution designed to revolutionise corporate travel and expense management. This collaboration integrates booking, servicing, payments, and expenses into one seamless platform powered by artificial intelligence. Combining both companies’ strengths in technology, marketplace access, and travel expertise, Complete aims to redefine the business travel experience through smarter, more efficient, and user-friendly solutions.

At the heart of this alliance lies innovation through AI, enabling automation, real-time optimisation, and better decision-making. Concur Expense will integrate with Amex GBT Egencia, offering customers a broader range of options for managing travel and expenses under one unified system. Both organisations are committing significant investment and development resources to build new tools and features that transform how businesses handle travel logistics and cost control.

The new Complete solution will deliver end-to-end value across marketplace, software, and services. It integrates the Amex GBT marketplace—spanning 600+ airlines and over two million properties—into the SAP Concur system, allowing customers access to exclusive incentives and cost savings. The combined platform will provide richer content, including air, hotel, ground, and rail options, bringing modern retailing to corporate travel while enhancing convenience and transparency.

This system also promises faster updates with the introduction of NDC content, improving fare visibility and compliance with corporate travel policies.
