More than three in four travel agents globally are now using AI tools in their travel-selling activities, according to an Amadeus report. The study found that four in five agents are comfortable using AI to support booking decisions, indicating that agents largely view the technology as a productivity tool rather than a replacement for expertise. APAC reported the highest level of AI adoption and more advanced use cases.
