Seven in 10 Indian Gen Z travellers would rather take three short trips than one long annual holiday, according to Airbnb’s Never the Same report. The study found that 87% prefer trips lasting under a week, while 66% book within days or weeks of travel. Airbnb’s internal data also showed summer searches by Indian Gen Z travellers rose over 30% year-on-year, with domestic getaways of two to six nights emerging as the fastest-growing trip format, rising nearly 80%.
