Embassy REIT, Hilton open Hilton Garden Inn at Embassy TechVillage

Embassy Office Parks REIT (Embassy REIT) and Hilton have opened the 211-key Hilton Garden Inn at Embassy TechVillage in Bengaluru. The hotel marks the first phase of a 529-key dual-branded Hilton development, strengthening hospitality infrastructure along the city’s Outer Ring Road and expanding the long-standing partnership between the two organisations.

The opening marks Hilton’s fourth hotel with Embassy REIT and the second dual-branded hotel complex the partners have developed in Bengaluru. The project will be completed later this year with the opening of a full-service Hilton Hotels & Resorts property, taking the total inventory at Embassy TechVillage to 529 keys.

Located within Embassy TechVillage, one of Embassy REIT’s flagship integrated business parks, the hotel offers direct access to the upcoming Kadubeesanahalli Metro Station. The business park serves more than 100,000 users and houses global corporations across technology, financial services, consulting, and global capability centres.

Jitu Virwani, Chairman, Embassy Group, said, “Embassy has always believed in building integrated destinations that go beyond office space. Embassy TechVillage is a strong reflection of this vision, bringing together world-class workplaces, infrastructure, hospitality and experiences within one of Bengaluru’s most important business corridors. The opening of Hilton Garden Inn at Embassy TechVillage, in partnership with Hilton, further strengthens the hospitality and lifestyle infrastructure we are building across our portfolio.”

Alan Watts, President, Asia Pacific, Hilton, said, “The opening of Hilton Garden Inn at Embassy TechVillage marks an important milestone in Hilton’s decade-long partnership with Embassy Group. Bengaluru continues to be one of India’s most dynamic hospitality markets, driven by strong corporate demand, global business travel and a growing appetite for high-quality stay experiences. This latest hotel is testament to Embassy’s continued leadership in delivering world-class developments.”

Business-focused hospitality offering

The hotel features 211 guestrooms designed for business and leisure travellers, alongside flexible meeting facilities, a 24-hour fitness centre, and a temperature-controlled outdoor swimming pool.

Dining options include Desi Quotient (DQ), serving regional Indian cuisine, and Merigo, an all-day dining restaurant offering global flavours.

Andrew Ling, regional head, Focused Service and All Suites brands, Asia Pacific, Hilton, said, “Hilton Garden Inn is designed for business and leisure travellers who travel frequently, expect consistency, and seek a positive stay experience at great value. In a market like Bengaluru, where demand is both consistent and evolving, the brand hits a sweet spot by combining modern design, reliable service, and a strong food and beverage offering that adds depth to the overall stay.”

Expanding Bengaluru footprint

The opening further strengthens Embassy REIT’s hospitality portfolio, which also includes the 619-key dual-branded Hilton complex at Embassy Manyata and the 247-key Hilton hotel at Embassy GolfLinks.

With the launch of Hilton Garden Inn at Embassy TechVillage, Hilton’s portfolio in Bengaluru has grown to 13 hotels across the Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton, and Hilton Garden Inn brands, making the city the company’s largest hotel cluster in India.
