According to the HVS Anarock Hospitality Monitor for June 2026, India’s key hotel markets continued to witness healthy ADR growth in May 2026, supported by resilient domestic travel, steady corporate movement, and continued MICE activity. Baring Kolkata, all markets have shown year-on-year growth in rates. Bengaluru emerged as the strongest outperformer, recording the highest ARR growth of 15–17% YoY, followed by Pune at 11-13%. In contrast, Mumbai registered a year-on-year decline in ARR of 5–7%. Occupancy at the national level remained largely stable YoY, with Chandigarh posting the sharpest increase.
