Delhi International Airport is strengthening its focus on passenger experience as it prepares for the next phase of growth, with dedicated teams and technology aimed at making every stage of the journey smoother. Pradeep Panicker, CEO, Delhi International Airport, said the airport is embedding a passenger-first approach across its operations. “A couple of years ago, we realised there was no one looking at the airport entirely from the passenger’s perspective. So, we created a Passenger Experience Office whose only responsibility is to ask simple questions — Is security passenger-friendly? Is the food good? Is the signage clear? As we handle many more passengers in the future, technology will help us personalise the experience for every traveller while ensuring the journey from the terminal entrance to the boarding gate is as seamless and efficient as possible.”
