DMCBazaar expands globally with new UAE presence

DMCBazaar, one of the fastest-growing B2B travel technology platforms, has announced its global expansion with the incorporation of a new company entity in the United Arab Emirates. The move marks a significant step in the company’s evolution from an India-focused travel marketplace to a broader global travel infrastructure platform connecting travel businesses across continents.

With its new UAE presence, DMCBazaar will offer travel agencies, tour operators, destination management companies, airlines, banks and enterprise partners access to a truly global booking ecosystem. The platform will support multiple currencies, localized contracting, international payments and destination-specific operations, while continuing to be powered by the same technology and support teams that have driven its growth in India. The expansion comes at a time when travel businesses are increasingly seeking partners capable of simplifying cross-border commerce while reducing operational complexity and foreign exchange costs.

Founded by Varun Sarda, Vedant Sarda and Irshad Dadan, DMCBazaar combines travel industry expertise with technology to simplify how travel businesses buy, sell and manage travel products globally. The platform is currently powered by more than 1,000 global suppliers and multiple hotel and travel APIs, with technology developed in collaboration with OneAbove, giving travel businesses access to worldwide inventory through a single platform.

Unlike traditional booking engines, DMCBazaar is positioning itself as a global B2B travel marketplace enabling suppliers and buyers to transact seamlessly across borders. The new UAE entity will serve as the company’s international headquarters, supporting its expansion across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and other international markets, while also accelerating its white-label and API offerings for travel companies, banks, airlines and loyalty programmes looking to build travel marketplaces under their own brands.

For travel professionals, the expansion is expected to unlock several benefits, including multi-currency payments, reduced foreign exchange exposure, stronger local supplier relationships across destinations, faster confirmations, localized support, and enterprise-grade technology suited to agencies of all sizes.

Commenting on the milestone, DMCBazaar Co-founder Varun Sarda said the company’s long-standing vision has been to build travel infrastructure that allows businesses to operate globally without added complexity, describing the launch of DMC Marketplace LLC as a strategic step toward serving partners worldwide through localized operations and stronger supplier relationships. Co-founder Irshad Dadan, who also founded OneAbove DMC, added that the company aims to address the long-standing fragmentation in destination management by bringing local expertise together on a single technology platform, enabling travel businesses to buy, sell and scale internationally with confidence.

Looking ahead, DMCBazaar plans to continue expanding its supplier network, pursue additional international partnerships, and strengthen its AI-powered travel technology stack. The company is also investing in enterprise white-label solutions and intelligent booking automation, aiming to become a preferred global technology partner for travel agencies, DMCs, airlines, banks and corporate travel providers seeking scalable international infrastructure.
