Of those, there will be a shortfall of 20.1 million people required for low-skilled roles, which will continue to be in high demand. The hospitality industry is projected to see a shortfall of 8.6 million workers — 18% below demand levels. Deficits are projected across all 20 economies; the highest will be in China (16.9 million), India (11.0 million), and the EU (6.4 million).
