Praveen Sharma brings more than 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise spanning human resource management, organisational development, talent acquisition, statutory compliance, payroll administration, performance management, and employee relations.
Over the course of his career, he has worked with hospitality brands including Ramada, Radisson, Holiday Inn, ITC, and Hyatt Place Haridwar.
Focus on employee engagement and workforce development
Prior to joining ExpoInn Suites and Convention, Praveen Sharma was associated with Ramada by Wyndham Gurgaon Central between March 2022 and July 2025. He has also held HR leadership positions at Country Inn & Suites Saket and Holiday Inn Panchkula as Unit HR Manager.
According to the hotel management, his appointment aligns with the company’s broader focus on strengthening operational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
