Fairmont Jaipur has announced the appointment of Rahul Prashar as Hotel Manager. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations, enhancing guest experiences, and supporting the property’s continued growth as one of Rajasthan’s leading luxury hospitality destinations.
Prashar joins Fairmont Jaipur with extensive experience in luxury hospitality, having held leadership positions with brands including JW Marriott, The Westin, Hyatt Regency, Taj, and other hospitality groups. His professional background spans hotel operations, pre-opening projects, operational transitions, guest experience management, and business performance optimisation.
Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for driving operational efficiency, improving guest satisfaction metrics, strengthening quality standards, and developing future hospitality leaders through mentoring and succession planning initiatives.

According to the hotel, Prashar’s appointment forms part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen leadership capabilities as Fairmont Jaipur continues to enhance its positioning within the luxury hospitality segment.
