FHS World 2027 returns to Ras Al Khaimah in 2027

FHS World, a leading global hospitality investment summit, will return to Ras Al Khaimah in November 2027, bringing investors, developers, hotel operators and industry leaders from around the world to Wynn Al Marjan Island. The event is being jointly announced by Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA), Marjan and The Bench, organiser of FHS World.

The 2027 edition is expected to attract around 1,200 delegates, including 250 investors and 200 speakers representing more than 60 countries. The summit will combine business discussions with destination experiences across Ras Al Khaimah’s mountains, desert and coastline, highlighting the emirate’s expanding tourism and hospitality ecosystem.

FHS World 2027 will examine key themes shaping the future of hospitality investment and destination development. Discussions will cover wellness and medical tourism, branding, sustainability, innovation, technology and artificial intelligence, branded residences and restaurant investment, alongside broader investment opportunities across the sector.

Phillipa Harrison, Chief Executive Officer of RAKTDA, said Wynn Al Marjan Island forms part of a wider growth story for the emirate and that FHS World provides an opportunity for the global hospitality investment community to experience the destination. Alison Grinnell, Group COO of Marjan and CEO of Marjan Hospitality, said hosting the summit at the resort would give hospitality investors direct exposure to the emirate’s evolving tourism proposition.

Max Tappeiner, President of Wynn Al Marjan Island, said the resort would allow FHS World to extend beyond a traditional conference format by bringing accommodation, dining, entertainment, retail and hospitality together in one destination. Jonathan Worsley, Chairman of The Bench, said the organiser was looking forward to returning to Ras Al Khaimah following two previous editions of the event.

Delegates will gather at Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Celebrations & Events Center, featuring a 7,708-square-metre venue and a 2,633-square-metre column-free ballroom. The summit programme will also include experiences across Ras Al Khaimah, from Jebel Jais, the UAE’s highest peak, to the emirate’s desert and coastline. Ras Al Khaimah previously hosted the event in 2018 and 2019, when it was known as the Arabian Hotel Investment Conference (AHIC).
