Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the opening of Ayodhyām, Ayodhya – IHCL SeleQtions, marking another addition to its growing portfolio in India’s spiritual tourism segment. The 162-key hotel is designed to reflect Ayodhya’s cultural and spiritual heritage while catering to contemporary travellers visiting the sacred city.
Located in one of India’s most significant pilgrimage destinations, the hotel comes at a time when spiritual tourism continues to witness strong growth across the country. The property has been developed to offer guests an experience rooted in the traditions and character of Ayodhya.

The hotel’s design draws inspiration from the city’s spiritual and cultural legacy, featuring expansive interiors and contemporary spaces intended to create a tranquil environment for guests.
Dining is centred around Divyam, the hotel’s signature restaurant, which offers a menu inspired by regional culinary traditions with an emphasis on local flavours and authenticity.
The property also features a fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and a range of venues for weddings, conferences, and social events.
