IHG Hotels & Resorts has partnered with Girija Land Ventures Pvt Ltd to develop Crowne Plaza Resort Jim Corbett, scheduled to open in Q1 2027. This marks the debut of the Crowne Plaza brand in Jim Corbett, reinforcing IHG’s commitment to expanding its presence in India’s prime leisure destinations.
Located in Ramnagar, the gateway to Jim Corbett National Park, the resort will feature 181 rooms catering to both leisure and business travellers. With over 300,000 annual visitors, the area is a popular wildlife sanctuary and a growing hub for MICE events and weddings. Its proximity to key attractions like Garjiya Devi Temple and Corbett Falls adds to its appeal for nature and culture enthusiasts.
The resort will offer four dining options, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a bar, and a lobby lounge. Guests can enjoy a spa, swimming pool, fitness center, and a club lounge. Versatile banquet halls and meeting venues make it ideal for corporate and social events. Additionally, dedicated retail spaces will enhance the guest experience.
