IndiGo to launch daily Mumbai-Hanoi direct flights from October 25

IndiGo will commence daily direct flights between Mumbai and Hanoi from October 25, 2026, expanding its connectivity between India and Vietnam. The new service will provide a direct link between the two major cities, catering to growing demand for travel between India and Vietnam.

The Mumbai-Hanoi route will strengthen IndiGo’s existing Vietnam network, which already includes direct services from Delhi and Kolkata. The airline’s expanding presence in Vietnam reflects the growing importance of the destination for Indian leisure and business travellers.

The new service will operate with a schedule designed to offer convenient timings for passengers. Flights will arrive in Hanoi in the morning, while the return service will depart Hanoi in the evening, providing travellers with greater flexibility when planning their itineraries.

IndiGo is also expected to offer its business-class product on the new route, giving passengers a premium travel option alongside its regular economy service. The introduction of additional cabin choices could further broaden the route’s appeal among corporate and leisure travellers.

The direct Mumbai-Hanoi connection is expected to improve accessibility to Vietnam for travellers from Mumbai and western India by eliminating the need for connecting flights. It also strengthens air connectivity between India and Southeast Asia at a time when demand for international travel continues to grow.

With the launch, IndiGo continues to expand its international network and deepen its presence in key Southeast Asian markets. The Mumbai-Hanoi service is set to provide a new direct travel option while supporting tourism, business and people-to-people connectivity between India and Vietnam.
