However, Shekhawat noted that infrastructure alone does not guarantee global dominance. To achieve true leadership, India must shift from building physical capacity to fostering a robust ecosystem, enhancing global competitiveness, driving strategic international marketing, and replicating integrated models like the Hyderabad Convention Visitors Bureau.
