Kerzner International Holdings has announced the launch of One&Only Courchevel, marking the luxury brand’s first resort in the French Alps. Scheduled to open in 2030, the ultra-luxury property will be located in Courchevel 1850, one of the world’s most prestigious mountain destinations known for skiing, fine dining and luxury hospitality.
The new resort will be developed on the historic site of the Courcheneige Hotel and will feature a complete transformation of the property while preserving the heritage and spirit of the destination. Positioned in the exclusive Jardin Alpin area, the resort will offer panoramic mountain views along with direct ski-in and ski-out access to the famous Bellecôte slope in Les Trois Vallées.
According to Kerzner International, the project represents a major milestone in One&Only’s alpine expansion strategy following the successful debut of One&Only Moonlight Basin in Montana. The company aims to bring its signature blend of immersive luxury, wellness and destination-driven experiences into globally renowned mountain locations.
The resort will include luxurious guest rooms, expansive suites, wellness facilities and multiple dining concepts designed to capture Courchevel’s vibrant social and culinary culture. Guests can expect refined alpine interiors combined with modern design elements that maximise natural light and connect seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.
Wellness will play a central role at the resort with an extensive spa sanctuary featuring thermal experiences, recovery treatments, indoor and outdoor wellness circuits and dedicated relaxation spaces. The wellness offerings will focus on rejuvenation, post-ski recovery and holistic wellbeing inspired by the alpine environment.
In addition to the resort, Kerzner will introduce a limited collection of One&Only Private Homes in Courchevel. These branded residences will cater to international luxury buyers seeking exclusive alpine living combined with access to One&Only’s hospitality services. With this project, One&Only aims to establish a new benchmark for luxury mountain hospitality in Europe.
