Accepting the award for the Best 5-Star City Resort at the India Travel Awards, Upender Singh Tomar, General Manager, Mementos by ITC Hotels, Ekaaya, Udaipur, says, “The driving force has always been our commitment to creating exceptional experiences that go beyond the traditional idea of luxury. Our philosophy of Responsible Luxury inspires us to deliver meaningful, personalised hospitality while remaining deeply connected to the land, culture and natural beauty that surround us. Nestled in the Aravali hills, our resort brings together thoughtful design, warm service and distinctive experiences to create a destination that is as memorable as it is enriching.
For us, the pursuit of excellence is not merely about being recognised as the best, but about consistently exceeding guest expectations, empowering our team and setting new benchmarks in luxury hospitality. Our tagline, “Memories Available,” captures this belief beautifully — every stay is an opportunity to create moments that guests cherish long after they leave. This award is a testament to the dedication of the entire team, whose passion and commitment bring our vision to life every day. It motivates us to continue raising the bar while staying true to the values that define Mementos Udaipur.”
