Uttarakhand welcomed 45,84,375 pilgrims in first 105 days of the Char Dham Yatra this year, while destinations beyond the circuit also recorded strong growth. Kainchi Dham attracted 24.34 lakh devotees in January–June period, Badrinath received 15.52 lakh pilgrims in 100 days, and Yamunotri set a new record with 6.54 lakh visitors. Pushkar Singh Dhami, Chief Minister, Uttarakhand, said, “We are working to establish Uttarakhand as the world’s spiritual capital through better connectivity, temple development, and pilgrim facilities.”
