Fox Travel Technologies Pte. Ltd., operating as RedFox Travel, has appointed Gunjan Arora as Partner and Chief Operating Officer. The move comes as the company continues to expand its destination management operations across Asia.
RedFox Travel currently operates across seven countries in Asia, working with travel agents to deliver curated, on-ground travel experiences at scale. The appointment is aimed at strengthening operational execution and supporting the company’s growth trajectory.
Gunjan Arora brings over 25 years of experience across travel and customer-focused businesses, with expertise in operations, transformation, and scaling large teams. He has previously held leadership roles at Sabre, Ebookers Limited, American Express Global Business Travel, and MakeMyTrip, where he spent 14 years as Vice President leading customer experience, service delivery, and core operations.
In his new role, Arora will focus on driving operational efficiency, strengthening execution frameworks, and supporting business growth across markets.
