Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. has expanded its hospitality presence into Telangana with the launch of Regenta Place Hi-Tech City in Hyderabad. The new property marks the first Regenta Place hotel in Cyberabad and reflects the company’s growing focus on key business and technology destinations across India.
Located in Hyderabad’s HITEC City area, the hotel is designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers. The property enjoys close proximity to major commercial hubs such as Mindspace IT Park, IKEA Hyderabad, Inorbit Mall and Shilparamam, making it convenient for corporate guests and tourists alike.
The hotel is also well connected to important transport and leisure locations including Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Raidurg Metro Station and Durgam Cheruvu. Officials believe the location gives travellers easy access to both Hyderabad’s IT corridors and recreational attractions.
Regenta Place Hi-Tech City features 74 rooms across different categories including suites, executive rooms and business rooms. The rooms have been designed with a focus on comfort, functionality and modern hospitality requirements for urban travellers.
The property includes a multi-cuisine café called “Good Vibes Only,” which serves both local and international dishes. It also offers a rooftop banquet venue spread across 3,000 square feet, aimed at hosting conferences, business meetings, social events and celebrations.
Company chairman Chander K. Baljee said the Hyderabad launch aligns with Royal Orchid Hotels’ long-term expansion strategy for 2030. He noted that Hyderabad’s strong IT ecosystem, tourism potential and growing business travel market make the city an important location for future hospitality growth.
