The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) has launched The Great Indian Family Holiday: Singapore Edition, a four-episode travel series showcasing the destination through the experiences of Indian families. Streaming exclusively on JioHotstar from October 31, 2026, the series features actor Pratik Gandhi, television host Maniesh Paul, actress Sameera Reddy and comedian Atul Khatri as they explore Singapore with their families.
The series aims to highlight Singapore as a multigenerational family holiday destination, bringing together adventure, food, wildlife, culture and entertainment. Each family experiences the city through a different lens, from Pratik Gandhi exploring the destination across three generations to Maniesh Paul enjoying adventure activities with his children. Sameera Reddy discovers the city with her family, while Atul Khatri explores its culinary offerings.
Across the four episodes, viewers will see the families experience attractions including HyperDrive, Chinatown, Mandai Rainforest Adventure, Singapore Oceanarium, Peranakan Museum and Wings of Time in Sentosa. Other experiences featured by the cast include Universal Studios Singapore, MegaZip, Harry Potter: Visions of Magic and Night Safari. The series focuses on shared family experiences and the memories created through exploring new destinations together.
Serene Woon, Area Director, India, Middle East and South Asia, Singapore Tourism Board, said Indian families increasingly seek holidays that offer memorable experiences across generations. She highlighted Singapore’s ability to provide activities suited to different age groups while bringing families together through shared discoveries. The series, she added, aims to present the destination through authentic family experiences rather than conventional promotional formats.
The participating families also shared their experiences of exploring Singapore. Pratik Gandhi highlighted the opportunity to travel with three generations and recalled the bee experience and Circle of Trust as particularly memorable moments. Maniesh Paul and his wife, Sanyukta Paul, spoke about combining high-adrenaline attractions such as HyperDrive and Universal Studios Singapore with nature and wildlife experiences at Mandai Wildlife Reserve. Sameera Reddy and her husband, Akshai Varde, highlighted MegaZip, Harry Potter: Visions of Magic and Night Safari, while Atul Khatri focused on Singapore’s food experiences, particularly exploring Chinatown and discovering local favourites with his family.
To help Indian travellers recreate the experiences featured in the series, STB has partnered with Cleartrip, one of India’s leading online travel platforms. Curated holiday packages are already available on the platform, including itineraries inspired by the participating families. The collaboration aims to translate the series’ travel inspiration into bookable holiday experiences, making it easier for Indian families to plan their Singapore getaways.
