STAAH, an Access company and a leading global hospitality technology provider trusted by more than 30,000 properties across 90 countries, has announced that its new AI-enabled platform, Access Evo, is now available to STAAH Max customers, with rollout beginning across the Asia-Pacific region from August 2026.
Access Evo is a subscription-based, AI-enabled platform designed to transform how accommodation providers manage their day-to-day operations. Working seamlessly within the STAAH Max ecosystem, it brings together alerts, analytics and AI-powered assistance into a single interface, enabling hotel teams to work more efficiently, make better-informed decisions, and dedicate more time to delivering strong guest experiences. Importantly, existing tools hoteliers rely on—including the Channel Manager, Booking Engine and ReviewMinder—continue to function exactly as before, with Access Evo simply consolidating everything into one unified platform.
Louise Daley, Head of Hospitality APAC at The Access Group, said Access Evo is designed to give hoteliers back the hours they typically spend navigating multiple systems and reports, freeing up more time for guests and business priorities. She noted that its rollout to STAAH Max customers marks an important first step, with further capabilities planned for hospitality teams across the region and beyond.
Access Evo introduces five key capabilities to the STAAH Max suite. Copilot, an AI-powered assistant, allows hoteliers to ask booking and performance-related questions in natural language and receive instant answers—covering areas such as occupancy forecasts, booking trends and channel performance—eliminating the need to manually sift through reports. Unified Access provides secure Single Sign-On functionality, giving users seamless access to Access products from one place, with personalised views based on individual roles. AI Review Response suggests on-brand replies to guest reviews across connected booking channels, helping teams respond faster and more consistently. Feed consolidates bookings, reviews, payments and operational updates into a single real-time activity stream, helping hoteliers prioritise tasks efficiently. Finally, Evo Mobile allows hotel teams to stay connected to live updates and alerts from anywhere, whether on-site or on the move.
Looking ahead, Access Evo is designed to evolve alongside STAAH Max customers. While it currently focuses on simplifying access to information through natural language answers, real-time alerts and unified login, future updates aim to shift the platform from simply answering questions to actively supporting decisions around distribution, pricing and reputation management, with further details to be shared closer to rollout. The broader ambition, the company said, is to give hotel teams more time to focus on their guests and business growth, rather than navigating multiple systems.
