United Parks & Resorts partners with Rayna Tours for India market

United Parks & Resorts has partnered with Rayna Tours to expand its focus on India, appointing the Dubai-based company for dedicated market representation. The collaboration will strengthen engagement with travel trade partners, develop distribution, and raise awareness of the parks among Indian travellers.

The partnership forms part of United Parks & Resorts’ international growth strategy, with India identified as a market with long-term potential. Rayna Tours will support the company through business development, reseller and travel trade engagement, agent training, market intelligence, public relations, media outreach, and distribution.

The collaboration will also involve trade shows, roadshows, training sessions, and other market activations to build product knowledge and create commercial opportunities.

“India represents an exciting opportunity for United Parks & Resorts as we continue to grow our international business and introduce new audiences to everything our parks have to offer,” said Rob Mister, Senior Vice President, Global Sales, United Parks & Resorts. “This partnership allows us to build stronger relationships within the market, better support our travel trade partners, and create a long-term strategy specifically designed around the needs and interests of Indian travellers.”

Senthil Velan, CEO, Rayna Tours, said the company’s more than 20 years of travel trade relationships and B2B network of over 10,000 agents and tour operators across India and the GCC would provide an established channel for the partnership.

“We are excited to introduce more Indian travellers to the SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Discovery Cove, and Aquatica brands, and to build a long-term strategy around what Indian travellers are looking for,” he said.
