Accor has signed a Pullman and ibis development near Bengaluru Airport, adding 450 rooms to North Bengaluru’s pipeline. Scheduled to open in 2032, Pullman Bengaluru Airport will have 200 rooms, while ibis Bengaluru Airport will offer 250 rooms. Pullman will include three food and beverage venues and 1,500 sq m of meetings and events space, while ibis will provide 300 sq m of conference and event space. Both hotels will have fitness centres and swimming pools. Bengaluru-based SLK Group is developing a project. The signing follows other airport-corridor hospitality investments, including Hilton’s 304-room DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Airport, opened in February 2026, and Prestige Group-BACL’s planned convention-led hospitality development. Accor operates more than 75 hotels across India and South Asia.
