FLY91 opens bookings for Bengaluru-Tirupati flights

Goa-headquartered regional airline FLY91 has opened bookings for its newly announced Bengaluru–Tirupati service, expanding air connectivity to the prominent pilgrimage destination. The new route offers another travel option for residents of Bengaluru and nearby areas visiting the temple town, which attracts devotees from across India.

The Bengaluru–Tirupati service becomes FLY91’s fourth connection to Tirupati, joining existing services from Hyderabad, Vijayawada and Rajahmundry. Together, these routes strengthen regional air links to the pilgrimage centre across Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, making travel more convenient for passengers from these cities.

Manoj Chacko, Founder, Managing Director and CEO of FLY91, said the addition of Bengaluru would provide another convenient option for travellers heading to Tirupati. He added that the airline’s focus remained on connecting cities that matter to people, while improving access to destinations of regional importance.

The new service forms part of FLY91’s broader strategy to connect Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and improve access to underserved markets. Since commencing operations in 2024, the airline has been developing a regional network linking cities with key business, tourism and pilgrimage destinations. Bookings for the Bengaluru–Tirupati route are available through the airline’s website and major travel booking platforms.

The announcement follows FLY91’s Winter Schedule 2026–27 expansion, under which the airline increased its weekly flights from 280 to more than 350 and expanded its network to 14 destinations with the addition of Navi Mumbai. The airline operates ATR 72-600 aircraft and focuses on connecting underserved markets with commercial, tourism and pilgrimage centres across the country.

FLY91’s network spans Goa’s Manohar International Airport at Mopa, Navi Mumbai, Sindhudurg, Jalgaon, Solapur, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Agatti, Kochi, Hubballi, Rajahmundry, Vijayawada and Tirupati. The Bengaluru–Tirupati connection further strengthens the airline’s regional presence and expands travel options for passengers travelling to one of South India’s major pilgrimage destinations.
