Hiranandani Communities, The Fern Hotels & Resorts and Marriott International have signed The Fern Habitat Alibaug, Series by Marriott, at Hiranandani Sands. Scheduled to open in June 2030, the property will feature 150 guestrooms and suites, including studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences. Facilities will include an all-day dining restaurant, fitness centre, swimming pool and spa. The Fern will manage operations, while guests will receive Marriott Bonvoy benefits. The signing takes The Fern’s Maharashtra portfolio to 58 operational and upcoming properties. Marriott’s Series by Marriott portfolio in India had reached 75 signings and 50 openings by July, comprising more than 3,556 rooms across the country.
