With 74% of travellers valuing tailored stays, add-ons such as early check-in, room preferences, and local experiences are emerging as key revenue drivers.
The report indicates that monetising room attributes like air quality, sleep packages, and personalised amenities can significantly boost ancillary income, as shown in the revenue model on pages 23–24. It also highlights that over 90% of travellers in India are willing to pay more for enhanced air quality, reinforcing strong India-relevant demand trends.
