Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport will implement a new tariff regime from September 1, with AERA cutting User Development Fee (UDF) for departing passengers by about 31%. Domestic departure UDF will fall from ₹750 to ₹515, while international UDF will decline from ₹1,500 to ₹1,030. For the first time, arriving passengers will also pay UDF—₹220 for domestic and ₹440 for international travellers. AERA fixed the airport’s baseline Aggregate Revenue Requirement at ₹11,683.49 crore for the 2026-31 control period, against GHIAL’s proposal of ₹27,851 crore. Landing charges have been fixed at ₹435 per metric tonne for domestic and ₹630 for international flights initially. The revised tariffs will apply through March 31, 2031.
