IATO is conducting multiple AI workshops to empower it’s members for the tech-driven future, said Ravi Gosain, President, IATO. Around 9 workshops have already been conducted in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Jaipur, Bhubaneswar, Varanasi, Guwahati, and Kochi and will continue to happen in other cities.
Looking forward, IATO is continuously engaging with members and policymakers to address challenges raised by inbound tour operators. IATO has also raised the concern about withdrawal of the incentive given my the Ministry of Commerce to tour operators on bringing inbound tourists.
With over 17 years of experience in the B2B travel and hospitality sector, she brings deep insight into travel trade dynamics, industry challenges and market developments. She holds an MA in English Literature and a Diploma in Journalism from the Xavier Institute of Communications, Mumbai, which underpin her strong editorial expertise.
