Wyndham Hotels & Resorts signed 11 new hotels across India during the first half of 2026, taking its portfolio to more than 150 operating and pipeline properties in the country. The company said most of the new signings came from ownership groups partnering with Wyndham for the first time. India remains one of Wyndham’s fastest-growing development markets globally, supported by domestic travel demand and expanding middle-class mobility. During the period, the company also opened Ramada Encore by Wyndham Ayodhya, strengthening its presence in pilgrimage destinations. Globally, Wyndham operates more than 9,300 hotels across nearly 95 countries.
