Norwegian Cruise Line has unveiled extensive upgrades aboard Norwegian Jade and Norwegian Gem, introducing expanded wellness facilities, new adults-only spaces and enhanced onboard amenities to deliver a more consistent guest experience across its fleet.
Both ships now feature redesigned Mandara Spa Thermal Suites with upgraded saunas, steam rooms, hot tile loungers, Salt Rooms, Ice Rooms, IV Lounges and Four-Senses Loungers. Norwegian Jade also debuts experiential showers and a plunge pool, while Norwegian Gem offers an upgraded hot tub and Thalassotherapy pool.
The vessels have also introduced the adults-only Vibe Beach Club, complete with a private bar, hot tub, premium loungers and cabanas. Norwegian Jade now includes a licensed Starbucks outlet, expanding the brand’s coffee offering across the fleet.
During the 2026 and 2027 summer seasons, Norwegian Jade will operate seven-day Alaska cruises from Vancouver and Whittier, while Norwegian Gem will sail Mediterranean and Greek Isles itineraries featuring ports in France, Italy, Croatia and Greece.
Following its Alaska season, Norwegian Jade will return to Asia for the first time in seven years, offering nine to 14-day voyages from Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Incheon, with maiden calls in Brunei, Taiwan and the Philippines.
The Asia itineraries will feature destinations including Mount Fuji, Ko Samui and Ha Long Bay, alongside overnight stays in Hong Kong and extended port calls in Japan and South Korea, providing guests with more immersive regional experiences.
