Pride Hotels opens second NCR property in Greater Noida

Greater Noida’s emergence as a business and events hub is steadily attracting hospitality investments, with operators expanding capacity ahead of infrastructure-led growth. Pride Hotels’ latest opening reflects this momentum, strengthening its footprint in the NCR market.

Pride Hotels Limited has launched Pride Premier Greater Noida, marking its second property in the NCR region. Located in Knowledge Park III, the 76-room hotel is positioned to cater to both business and leisure travellers, with proximity to commercial hubs, India Expo Mart, educational institutions, and entertainment centres.

The opening aligns with the group’s broader expansion strategy across high-growth urban markets. The property is designed with contemporary interiors, modern amenities, and guest-centric facilities aimed at meeting evolving traveller expectations.

Focus on business, events, and connectivity

Greater Noida is witnessing increased demand driven by corporate activity, education, and large-format events. The hotel is set to capitalise on this with plans to introduce over 8,000 sq ft of event space, capable of hosting conferences, weddings, and social gatherings for up to 600 guests.

Atul Upadhyay, Executive Director, Pride Hotels Group, said, “Greater Noida continues to emerge as a key hub for business, education, events, and leisure. With this launch, we reaffirm our commitment to delivering world-class hospitality with modern amenities, personalised service, and a local touch.”

Dining and guest experience

The property features two dining outlets — Café Pride, offering multi-cuisine options, and Mr Confectioner, an artisanal bakery. A third outlet, Fuel Bar, is planned to enhance the social and leisure experience.

Additional offerings are designed to support both short and extended stays, aligning with demand from corporate travellers and event-driven segments.

Growth linked to infrastructure development

The hotel is owned by Shivay LLP, marking its entry into the hospitality sector. RK Tandon, Managing Director, Pride Premier Greater Noida, a unit of Shivay LLP, said the development is expected to contribute to employment generation and regional growth.

He highlighted the upcoming Jewar Airport as a key catalyst, expected to enhance connectivity and drive demand for hospitality in the region.

Mohammad Shoeb, Vice President – North Region, Pride Hotels Group, added that improved infrastructure and connectivity are positioning Greater Noida as a key destination for both domestic and international travellers.

With expanding business activity and infrastructure upgrades, the launch of Pride Premier Greater Noida underscores growing confidence in the region’s potential as a combined business, events, and leisure destination.
