Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed two Gateway hotels in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, and Alwar, Rajasthan, adding 354 keys to its portfolio. The 232-key Gateway Agra is a greenfield project along the Yamuna Expressway, while the 122-key Gateway Alwar is a brownfield project nestled in the Aravalli hills. Both hotels will offer dining and wellness facilities, alongside meeting and event spaces. With these additions, IHCL’s portfolio will reach 64 hotels in Uttar Pradesh and 74 in Rajasthan, including 59 properties under development across both states.
